Refunds

We offer a 7 day trial period for all products so customers can evaluate if the product is right for them. 

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website if we are unable to deliver the ordered product. No refunds will be issued if we have fully delivered the product you ordered.

If you request a refund within 72 hours of being billed for services, as a courtesy we will generally grant a full refund if services have not been delivered in full by that time. If services are delivered in full within the first 72 hours then we will work with you on your concerns to try and address any concerns that you may have.  We may still offer a pro rated refund in these cases, but it is on a case by case basis.  If we do issue a full or prorated refunds we will immediately terminate services and you will not be entitled to any full or partial services for that month in which you receive a refund.

After 72 hours of being billed or if services are delivered in full, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) during the free 7 day trial period to ensure it fits your needs.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. 

If you cancel within the 7 day trial period you will not be billed any additional charges.

If you cancel at any time after the 7 day trial period then any prepaid services will be delivered, but you will not be billed for future services. 

You may use any of the following methods to cancel:

  • Cancelation link in your initial order – this is a fully automated self service system and cancellation is immediate
  • Help Desk Self Service on our website – This is fully automated self service system and cancellation is immediate. Further there is a help desk article that explains how to use the system.
  • Reply to any of the emails we send you and request manual cancellation – this requires confirmation from one of our agents.
  • Reply to the receipt emails you receive and request manual cancellation – this requires confirmation from one of our agents.
  • Help Desk on our site – You may submit a ticket to request manual cancelation – this requires confirmation from one of our agents.
  • Use the contact us form on our website to request manual cancellation – this requires confirmation from one of our agents.

You may not simply unsubscribe from our emails and assume that will cancel your subscription, you must take one of the above actions to cancel your subscription.

If you fail to cancel your subscription you will still responsible for paying for your subscription and will not be entitled to a refund.
